Cookies - Tracking and analysis tools - Plugins

We use so-called cookies on our homepage. These text files are sent by us to the browser of your end device due to your visit to our websites and are stored there. Some functions could not be offered otherwise - technical cookies. Others support various analyses so that we can always make our site more user-friendly and also more effective for you. Likewise, the use of performance-related cookies allows us to recognise whether a page is displaying error messages.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data using the cookies is, on the one hand, Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO and, on the other hand, with the consent of the "cookie window", additionally Art. 6 para. 1 (a). As soon as the data transmitted to us by the cookies is no longer relevant, this information is deleted.

By default, browsers are preset and accept cookies automatically. However, you can influence this yourself and configure your browser so that it only accepts certain cookies. In these settings, you can delete cookies that have already been saved or set the way they work so that you are notified before cookies are saved.

In order to ensure and continuously optimise the presentation of our website, we use tracking and analysis tools. Due to our interests (statistical collection and further development), we can justify the use of these tools according to Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO. If you have also given your consent to the use of cookies, this is also lawful according to Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) DSGVO.

As described above, you can change, activate or deactivate the selection of tracking and analysis tools in the cookie settings.

The following tools are used on our homepage and can be revoked by the so-called opt-out consent procedure (deactivation of the respective service):

The specific storage period of the processed data cannot be influenced by us, but is determined by Google LLC. Further information can be found in the privacy policy for Google Tag Manager: https://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.
  • Google Adwords and Conversion Tracking: We use the services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View CA 9.10.2008 ("Google") on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. We use the online marketing method Google "AdWords" to place ads in the Google advertising network (e.g., in search results, in videos, on web pages, etc.) so that they are displayed to users who have a presumed interest in the ads. This allows us to display ads for and within our online offering in a more targeted way, to present users only with ads that potentially match their interests.
  • Google Web Fonts: This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
  • YouTube: Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is: YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066 USA. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider "YouTube" uses cookies to collect information about user behaviour. According to information from "Youtube", these cookies are used, among other things, to collect video statistics, to improve user-friendliness and to prevent abusive behaviour. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to have your data associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f DSGVO on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube in order to exercise this right.Independently of a playback of the embedded videos, a connection to the Google network "DoubleClick" is established each time this website is called up, which can trigger further data processing procedures without our influence.Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.Further information on data protection at "YouTube" can be found in the provider's data protection declaration at:
    www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
  • Facebook Pixel: We use the Facebook Pixel from Facebook on our website. We have implemented code on our website to do this. The Facebook pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions that allow Facebook to track your user actions if you have come to our website via Facebook ads. For example, when you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies allow Facebook to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with your Facebook account data. Facebook then deletes this data again. The collected data is anonymous and not visible to us and can only be used in the context of ad placements. If you are a Facebook user and are logged in, your visit to our website is automatically assigned to your Facebook user account. We only want to show our services and products to people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook pixels, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. In this way, Facebook users (provided they have allowed personalised advertising) see suitable advertising. Furthermore, Facebook uses the collected data for analysis purposes and its own advertisements. If you are logged in to Facebook, you can change your settings for advertisements yourself at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. If you are not a Facebook user, you can generally manage your usage-based online advertising at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/. There you have the option of selecting providers. There you have the option to deactivate or activate providers.
If you want to learn more about Facebook's data protection, we recommend that you read the company's own data policies at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
  • We use the chatbot of the company Tidio for better communication with interested parties.
We do not collect any personal data.
Tidio collects the IP address and location data anonymously. There is a DPA for this according to Article 28 DSGVO.

TeamViewer

In order to be able to offer our customers a better service and to be able to show examples to interested parties, we offer the use of TeamViewer on our website.

TeamViewer connections run over completely secured data channels that are built with a 2048 bit RSA public/private key exchange and encrypted with 256 bit AES. This technology is also used for https/SSL and is considered completely secure according to the current standard of technology. Since the private key never leaves the client computer, this procedure technically ensures that intermediate computers on the Internet cannot decipher the data stream. This also applies to the TeamViewer routing servers. [Source:www.teamviewer.com/de/]

The declaration of consent for the use of personal data such as ID or location is actively given with the installation of TeamViewer on the computer. Thus, the lawfulness according to Art. 6 para. 1 (a) DSGVO is given.

Data economy and security

In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and economy, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose or as required by law. If the purpose and/or storage period cease to apply, we delete or block your data.

We are thus committed to protecting your privacy and treating your personal data confidentially. Our Technical and Organisational Measures (TOMs) are regularly reviewed and - as far as possible - adapted to technical progress. With these security measures we try to avoid misuse, loss or manipulation of your data. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that despite our above-mentioned security measures, but due to the structure of the Internet, it is not always possible for data protection and security to be observed by persons and institutions outside our area of responsibility. It is therefore also the responsibility of the user to protect the data provided by him/her against misuse in a suitable manner.

With the reorganisation of data protection at European level, the rights of the data subjects also change and become more detailed. Chapter III of the GDPR lists these rights:

Art. 20 DSGVO - Right to data portability

Art. 21 DSGVO - Right of objection
