We are looking for:
Your mission with us:
- IT services and support based in Plauen
- Projektierung, Ausbau und Nachbetreuung unserer Systeme:
o Kassensysteme u. bargeldlose Bezahlsysteme
o Warenwirtschaftssysteme
o mobile Apps und mobile Anwendungen
o digitale Speisenanzeigen (Displays & Tablets) - Training of users on site on the correct handling and use of the above systems. This also includes advice and documentation
- Planning, installation and configuration of IT systems and applications
- Installation and maintenance of our hardware and software, as well as telephone support incl. remote maintenance
- Service assignments at the customer's site, analysis of faults and support in their elimination
- Test new software developments & new software versions
What makes you successful:
- a successful, completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable technical occupation
- Professional experience and knowledge in the IT field
- Good knowledge of network and system integration
- Motivation and commitment to independently solve customer enquiries and problems as well as reliability
- Sociability, open-mindedness and ability to learn
- Good cooperation in the team
- Class B driving licence
Your mission with us:
- Collaboration in the analysis, design and realisation of software projects in an agile team with daily stand-ups and regular retrospectives
- Verification of bugs and collaboration with developers to provide solutions
- Create and publish product documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaboration in test execution and documentation of test results
What makes you successful:
- You are studying in one of the following degree programmes: Computer science, *-informatics or a natural science degree (in the 3rd semester or higher)
- Fun with mathematics and the natural sciences
- Logical thinking is one of your strengths
- Good command of English
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Good cooperation in the team
